THE PROJECT

Palato Italiano is the vision of an entrepreneur, a passion for beauty in the culinary world and for the possibility of bringing Italian culinary art into the world with many parallel and far-reaching projects. A team led by women for a 360° vision.

Thus Palato Italiano built “Chef on Tour” in the USA, followed the “Celebrity Fight Nights” with the Andrea Bocelli Foundation for an entire week-long event between Arena di Verona, Portovenere and Palazzo Pitti in Florence, managed Milan Design Week with a fine dining but accessible project such as “Dattitempo,” and finally opened a top-notch restaurant in Bolzano: Zurkaiserkron.

Throughout all this, the press office took a strategic approach to supporting events and forging partnerships.
