Certified gender equality: an important step for our agency

We have obtained UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality.

This official recognition rewards our concrete commitment to inclusion and equity. The assessment covered six key areas, from corporate culture to governance. It also included pay equity, parental protection and work-life balance.

We have launched a training programme on bias, gentle leadership and well-being.

All of this is supervised by an internal committee with a dedicated budget and expertise. This is not a goal, but a starting point for continuous improvement.

We believe in a workplace where everyone can grow, without distinction. Equality is a strategic value, not just a goal, and we are ready to pursue it every day!
