MiRò supports Istituto G. Ronzoni
From January 2026, MiRò Comunicazione supports the Institute of Chemical and Biochemical Research “G. Ronzoni” in press office activities, digital communication and in the organization of the celebrations for the Institute’s centenary, planned for 2027. A collaboration that enhances almost a century of Italian scientific excellence.
A story that begins in 1927
The Istituto di Ricerche Chimiche e Biochimiche “G. Ronzoni” represents an important piece of Italian scientific history. Founded in 1927 by philanthropist Luigi Ronzoni in memory of his mother Giuliana, the Institute was born with a clear mission: to carry out research in chemistry and biochemistry for the benefit of society.
Recognized as a private non-profit Foundation since 1952, it has maintained for almost a century a strong commitment to scientific training, investing significant resources in the growth of young researchers. Based in Milan, it operates thanks to the Foundation’s assets, public and private contributions and donations.
A model that demonstrates how scientific rigor and social vocation can coexist, confirming the Institute’s role as a reference point in Italian chemical and biochemical research.
Research excellence, strategic communication
A collaboration born to give greater visibility to a scientific excellence that deserves to be known and valued beyond the boundaries of the academic community.
The research world often lives a contradiction: it produces extraordinary results but struggles to communicate them effectively. Laboratories generate continuous innovation, which however doesn’t always reach the public, potential supporters or new generations of researchers.
MiRò Comunicazione will work to bridge this gap: translating scientific excellence into accessible narrative, building bridges between the scientific community and various target audiences, enhancing researchers’ work through targeted communication strategies.
Training and research: the heart of the Institute
Istituto G. Ronzoni doesn’t limit itself to research, but invests in the preparation of young scientific talents. Every year it hosts trainee researchers, PhD students and post-docs who contribute to research projects while building their own skills in an environment of excellence.
This commitment represents a concrete investment in the future of Italian research. In a context where the country risks losing scientific talents to other countries, realities like Istituto Ronzoni demonstrate that it’s possible to conduct quality research while remaining in Italy.
Effectively communicating this value means attracting new talents, supporters and scientific collaboration opportunities.
Science and communication: a necessary combination
Scientific research needs strategic communication. Not to simplify or trivialize, but to make the value of scientific work understandable to those outside the sector, build trust in research institutions and show that behind every discovery there are people, stories and daily commitment.
Istituto G. Ronzoni represents a scientific and cultural heritage to be enhanced. Communication is the tool to engage with the outside world, attract resources and inspire new generations. We are excited to begin this journey alongside a reality that for almost a century has been working for the benefit of society
